GOOD QUESTIONS.
A few little things
you might wonder.
Are all lessons private?
Yes. Urilingo.kr offers one-to-one Korean lessons. It’s just you and your teacher, working on your own learning goals.
I’m completely new to Korean. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Your starting point can be the Korean alphabet and your first everyday expressions. You don’t need to know Korean to begin.
Who is Urilingo.kr for?
Foreigners living in South Korea who want to learn Korean through private lessons and feel more comfortable using it in everyday life.
Can I focus on the Korean I actually need?
That’s the idea behind learning one-to-one. Tell your teacher about the situations you want to navigate so you can work towards those goals together.
How do I choose between 10, 20 and 30 hours?
Use “Find my starting point” to get a suggested pack and weekly rhythm based on your goals, level and time. You can also compare the packs on our private lessons page.
How is the suggested schedule calculated?
The estimate assumes 60-minute sessions with no breaks. For example, 20 hours at two sessions a week gives a 10-week outline. It’s a planning example; confirm the session length, timetable and pack terms with the academy.
Does the recommendation guarantee a language level?
No. It suggests a starting commitment and rhythm. Progress also depends on your starting point, practice between lessons and learning goals.
